It is a lovely, welcoming community surrounded by nice homes, making it a great off-campus spot for UBC students. You will love how easy it is to walk to local grocery stores, coffee shops, and daily dining. Getting to your class is simple with direct bus routes to UBC, and you can drive down to Richmond Centre in just ten minutes. You get your own separate entrance for complete privacy, a really big living room, your own washer and dryer, and a great kitchen. Utilities like hydro and gas are all included.
